We offer therapy and medication management to support mental and emotional well-being. Our Crossroads to Hope Program provides support for individuals, families and support systems impacted by the opioid crisis.
At Mountain Hope Good Shepherd Clinic, we take a holistic approach to care by addressing the emotional, spiritual and physical well-being of everyone we serve.
Our Clinic values the impact oral health has on the overall well-being of our patients. Our dental team provides exams, extractions, fillings, dental cleanings, oral health education and diagnostic x-rays.
We are pleased to share the launch of our Mobile Medical Unit, an initiative designed to bring essential healthcare services directly to our community. Through the Mobile Medical Unit, Mountain Hope Good Shepherd Clinic is expanding access to high-quality medical and behavioral health care for those who need it most.

Our Clinic offers both primary care and behavioral health medication management through telehealth services.
Our experienced team is committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care, whether you visit us in person or access care through the convenience of telehealth.
We assist patients with obtaining medications through pharmaceutical assistance programs. The list of medications is limited to medications prescribed by our providers and needed to treat chronic health conditions. Patients must meet pharmaceutical eligibility requirements and will have a nominal administration fee for these services.
