Emergency Broadband Benefit Program

Eligibility criteria:

 

  1. Household income of less than 135% of the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines or participant in SNAP, Medicaid, Lifeline, SSI, Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA), veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit or if you live on qualifying tribal lands;
  2. Received a federal Pell Grant during 2019-2020 or 2020-2021;
  3. Approved to receive benefits under free and reduced school lunch or breakfast program;
  4. Experienced a substantial loss of income due to job loss or furlough since February 29, 2020;
  5. Household total income in 2020 was at or below $99,000 for single filers, or $198,000 for joint filers;
  6. Meets eligibility criteria for a participating provider’s existing low-income or COVID 19 program.
