COVID-19 Rent Relief
The COVID-19 Rent Relief program application portal is open. THDA’s Rent Relief Call Center is now LIVE and available to help individuals with questions regarding the program. Call 844-500-1112, Monday – Saturday, 9am-9pm Eastern time.
Emergency Broadband Benefit Program
Eligibility criteria:
1) Household income of less than 135% of the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines or participant in SNAP, Medicaid, Lifeline, SSI, Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA), veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit or if you live on qualifying tribal lands;
2) Received a federal Pell Grant during 2019-2020 or 2020-2021;
3) Approved to receive benefits under free and reduced school lunch or breakfast program;
4) Experienced a substantial loss of income due to job loss or furlough since February 29, 2020;
5) Household total income in 2020 was at or below $99,000 for single filers, or $198,000 for joint filers;
6) Meets eligibility criteria for a participating provider’s existing low-income or COVID 19 program.
